The Role

As a Housing Officer with Vinnies Housing, you’ll work from our Toowoomba based office and be part of a supportive, state-wide team delivering compassionate housing services to people in need. You’ll manage a small, focused portfolio that allows you to truly connect with tenants and help sustain long-term housing outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Build respectful, supportive relationships with tenants to help them sustain their housing
Deliver day-to-day tenancy and property management services
Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers
Ensure tenancy and property compliance in line with relevant policies and legislation
This role includes regular day travel to Warwick, Stanthorpe, Dalby, and Chinchilla - as well as overnight travel to Roma throughout the year.
This is a Permanent, Full-time position (38 hours per week) based in Toowoomba but with regional travel. There will be a vehicle available for work purposes.
