Job Description
The role
Are you ready to lead bold, innovative retail campaigns that drive both social impact and sales? We're looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to shape and deliver our state-wide opshop marketing strategy — with sustainability, innovation and community at the core.
This role combines strategic vision with tactical execution, supporting our retail and operations teams to engage customers, elevate our opshop brand, and inspire a new wave of conscious consumers.
What you'll do:
• Design and deliver inspiring, data-driven retail campaigns across QLD
• Elevate the Vinnies brand as a champion of ethical shopping and circular fashion
• Lead stakeholder engagement across teams and regions
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing performance and reporting
• Keep ahead of trends in retail, sustainability, and innovation
• Represent Vinnies values in every project, fostering purpose-led collaboration
• Ensure top-tier creative and timely delivery of campaign assets
• Be flexible with hours when needed to support key campaign moments (travel and weekend work may apply)
This is a fixed-term, full-time (38 hours per week) position for 12 months to cover parental leave.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising or communications
• 5+ years experience leading marketing campaigns (retail preferred)
• Proven stakeholder engagement across large teams or regions
• Creative thinker and strategic planner with a passion for purpose-led marketing
• Strong digital skills (MS Office, reporting, campaign management tools)
• Alignment with the mission and values of the St Vincent de Paul Society
