Job Description

The Role

Working within a fast-paced call centre environment, the Client Liaison Officer provides high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Home Maintenance and Modification Program (HMMP). The HMMP is a government funded Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) that provides home help to elderly people who need assistance with home maintenance and modifications to live independently at home, preventing inappropriate or premature admission to residential care.

This role is responsible for managing client and stakeholder enquiries, coordinating service jobs, supporting contractors and maintaining accurate program records to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to provide a positive client experience. The program's objective is to empower and enable our clients to participate actively in everyday life whilst maintaining their independence and remaining in their own homes.

This is a PermanentFull-Time position (38 hours per week) based in South Brisbane.

  • Confident computer skills, including MS Office and data entry systems
